Fir Balsam has long been used traditionally for fever, rheumatic pain and any kind of respiratory or sinus infections, as being an analgesic and having anti-inflammatory properties, it can be diluted in a Carrier Oil for massage to relieve arthritis and muscular aches & pains. Balsam Fir Needles are about 3/4 to 1-1/4 inches long with two white stripes running down the underside of each needle. Diffuse Balsam Fir essential oil to get the full sensation of Christmas holiday Season.
Storage: For maximum shelf life and properties maintain, it is recommended to keep in an amber glass bottle.
