Description
Chamomile Roman essential oil has a sweet and slightly fruity aroma reminiscent of fresh apples and meadow grass. Derived from the daisy-like flowers of this perennial Chamomile plant through steam distillation, Chamomile Roman essential oil is a common ingredient in numerous cosmetics, natural perfumes and body products.
The Ancient Romans used Chamomile Roman in brewed beverages and also burned it as incense. It was used as a low growing ground cover in ancient times. When trod upon, it released its fragrant scent and calming qualities to those inhaling its aroma.
Storage
For maximum shelf life and properties maintain, it is recommended to keep in an amber glass bottle.
